The maximum number of guests that can stay at a property is determined by Deschutes County Code 5.12.020\. The maximum overnight occupancy is two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons. Children under the age of 5 are not included when determining maximum occupancy. For guest safety and property protection there are security cameras on the property. Guest privacy is important to us! Cameras cover the exterior of the house ONLY for safety purposes and no cameras have a view of hot tub or back deck table. HOUSE RULES\\\\ Many of our neighbors live here year-round and are not on vacation, so please be respectful of quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am). GUESTS WITH PETS\\\\ Dogs are welcome at 18 Bunker Lane with a fee of $100 per pet per visit. IMPORTANT NOTE: We love to welcome responsible owners, but please exercise good judgment when leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 4 hours, we request that you use an off-site pet sitting service. There are highly rated Rover hosts - an online pet sitting service - within 15 minutes of 18 Bunker Lane who would love to spend quality time with your dog. No puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered (less likely to mark, to be aggressive, to roam, often are more calm, etc.), dogs must be well-behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors. We have lots of wild critters in Sunriver, and the leash rule is intended to protect wildlife as well as the dogs and our neighbors. Please ensure you pick up after your pet and that they do not go into neighbors' yards. SUNRIVER RULES TO BE AWARE OF: VEHICLES & PARKING \\\\ Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. Our driveway/garage can park approximately 7 vehicles. If for any reason your group will need additional parking, overflow parking is available at a cost from Sunriver Homeowners Association. Do not park along roads, commons, or block passage of emergency vehicles or snowplows. The maximum speed limit is 25 mph in Sunriver. E-BIKES/ELECTRIC TRANSPORTATION \\\\ Only one type is allowed on Sunriver’s pathways: If you’re still pedaling (pedal assist motor), it’s allowed. If you can ride the bike without pedaling, it’s considered “motorized.” and is NOT allowed. Other prohibited motorized transportation includes hoverboards, one-wheels, etc. SMOKING IN SUNRIVER \\\\ Smoking is prohibited in Sunriver. Exceptions include the following: on private property, in an enclosed motor vehicle, or when specifically permitted by signs. There is no smoking allowed in our home. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES\\\\ Recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campers, boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and trailers may be parked in the driveway on a temporary basis not to exceed 48 hours within a seven day period. FIREWORKS, WEAPONS & FIREARMS \\\\ All fireworks, including safe and sane, are prohibited. Use of weapons and firearms is prohibited, including guns, air rifles or pistols, CO2 guns, paintball guns, bows and arrows, and slingshots. CARDINAL LANDING BRIDGE \\\\ Do not jump or dive from the bridge; underwater obstructions create extremely hazardous conditions. No parking, waiting, or drop off/pickup for river access or exit at the bridge or the surrounding neighborhood. This was such a big, beautiful house! Our whole family loved it! There was lots of space for everyone? Kids included. We loved all the king beds and private baths. The large cook stove, two dishwashers, large fridge and beverage cooler were great for a big group. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the upper and lower decks. There was plenty of comfortable seating indoors for everyone. And the heated bathroom floors were very luxurious. It felt clean and new. We would all stay again! One great highlight about staying at this end of sunriver is you are very close to Benham Falls and trails to the Lava Lands. Aug 8, 2025 #### A week of luxury & comfort Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at 18 Bunker Lane! We loved the comfy beds, the bathroom for every bedroom, and the large gathering space for meals and games. There were big dressers to unpack our clothing into, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing machine and dishwasher pods, a good start on toilet paper and paper towels. The pantry is large for storing food and kitchen supplies. There was a keurig type coffee maker that could also make a pot of coffee which got a lot of use. We loved the beverage fridge for freeing up space in the main fridge, and having two dishwashers was really nice as well. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, which was crystal clear and the perfect temp. We played many games of cornhole and enjoyed ping pong battles when not out for a bike ride around the river loop or to Benham Falls, paddle boarding at the lake, floating the river, or having pickleball tournaments at Fort Rock Park…oh, and we can’t forget a float in the lazy river at SHARC aquatic center. Nicole was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a whole family of deer hanging out in the backyard. It was fun to watch the golfers go by and navigate the sand traps. One thing you should know about the neighborhood is the neighbors keep a watchful eye…so be sure not to ride bikes on their driveways and also be sure to keep all 4 wheels of your vehicle on the driveway. Our week went by way too fast.
