The Patio House is situated next to the Great Sandy Desert and the Canal. Complete privacy in the back with a big rolling gate to access the pathway and trails. Enjoy the 5 person hot tub and cozy up to the fire. Outdoor heaters warm up the chilly nights. The home is fairly new with a chef’s delight kitchen, complete with an espresso machine. The dining room seats up to 8 people. Large living area with a large built in TV and stereo with surround sound. Mt. Bachelor is just 20 miles, Sunriver Resort 14 miles, amazing hiking and biking trails and snowshoeing are close by. Easy access to the Old Mill District and Historic Downtown. Dining and shopping in Bend are endless! Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### michael c. 23 sept. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### exceptional property and experience My wife and I stayed in Bend at this property for our 15 year wedding anniversary. the property is exactly as described, we were informed of the dishwasher not working, and were offered to have it fixed while we were there. there was a tray of snacks and a bottle of wine, a very nice touch. there is a book that is very clear and easy to follow for the house and there were a few sticky notes left as well, another really nice personal touch. beds are comfy, electronics are top of the line, great wifi etc etc. The owners of this property are top notch and not intrusive at all. The home is warm, comfortable, private for being in a community and easily accessible. We would happily stay here in the future and will recommend to any of our friends who would travel to bend. On a side note the city of Bend and surrounding area are special for sure, the powers that be are doing something right and the owners of this vrbo are right in line with the overall thinking.
