This fantastic three bedroom, three bathroom home was designed with clean lines and abundant natural light. It is located on the west side of Bend, within minutes of the Newport Avenue District and the historic downtown area, but on its own large lot with beautiful pines that makes you feel like you're a million miles away while still being close to everything. You first walk in to a vaulted great room with large living room, cozy dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need for creating meals at home. The main bedroom has a lush king sized bed, en suite vanity and sink and attached bathroom with glass enclosed luxury shower. There is a second king bedroom as well on the other side of the house with excellent privacy and separation for multiple couples traveling together, also with an attached full bath and in-room desk for working on the road. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with a full sized bathroom right across the hall, making this house comfortably sleep up to six people. This home features: ● Three private bedrooms, three private bathrooms ● First bedroom (six steps up from the main floor) has a king bed, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and en suite double sinks ● Second bedroom (second floor) has a king bed with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower ● Third bedroom (main floor off kitchen) has a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall ● Desk / workspace in a portion of the large upstairs king bedroom ● Living room with flat screen Smart TV, board games ● Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home ● Coffee bar with whole bean coffee, grinder, sugar, non-dairy creamer, tea ● Central AC/heating system throughout the home ● Free high speed wireless internet ● Washer and dryer in laundry room ● Private hot tub ● Attached two car garage for guest parking and/or gear storage ● Fully fenced nature-scaped backyard with patio and outdoor dining ● Outdoor propane BBQ (seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day) ● Two cruiser bikes (seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day) The outdoor space is serene and beautiful, with tall pine trees, visiting families of deer and wildlife, and lovely views off the front deck out over the national forest land in the distance. It provides a wonderful Bend experience! This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, garage, and parking areas are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests. All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip. Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. We spent Christmas and New Years in the house with my Family. We don’t have any kids in the family and it is hard to find accommodations for 6 adults without a room of bunk beds, so this house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and there was still room for more. The Backyard was incredible, especially since we brought our pup with us. Every morning a family of 8-10 deer were at the fence, it was magical. The location of the house made it convenient to get anywhere in 5-10 minutes. Erin, the property Manger, was extremely helpful and accessible. The home was clean, comfortable, tranquil, and in the best location. The yard was perfect for my pups, and would be equally great for kids too. It was close to downtown Bend \~4 minute drive as well as central to other outdoor activities in the area. It had easy access to restaurants and shopping on Newport and Galveston and was a great launching point for trails and parks. The kitchen was very well appointed and we really appreciated having full access to the garage to store our bikes and other gear. The house could use a little more outdoor furniture but does have a good outdoor dining table and grill. The backyard is very private and there is a decent view of Mt Bachelor from the front deck. The street is a bit noisy but nothing that kept anyone from sleeping, even with windows open. ##### Jennifer F.
