Large 5 bedroom, 3 bath multiple level home. Great for 2 or more families. Located in a residential neighborhood, this home is within walking distance of grocery store, spa, take-out, walking and biking trails.
3.5 miles from the Deschutes River Recreation area and the Old Mill Shopping District. Recently remodeled game room featuring a pool table, arcade game and dartboard. Beautiful mountain views from living room and the upstairs Queen bedroom. Large grassy fenced back yard.

The property was ok. My biggest disappointment was that the hot tub had been “red tagged” by the hot tub maintenance company. The red tag said that the hot tub was “unsafe for use.” I was never informed of this prior to renting and staying at the property. One of the main reasons for renting this place was the hot tub.Also, I had zero communication with the owner prior to my check-in. I have rented many other homes, but I always have some form of communication with the owner/management prior to check in. When I arrived, a loud alarm was going off in the locked garage. I texted the owner and got no response. After a half hour, I called and the owner, thankfully, answered. He gave me the code to enter the garage and turn off the alarm.

Great for large families or group of friends

This house was ideal for our group of friends with young children and dogs. The host was very accommodating and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay, everything was as expected.

This house was perfect for my group of 7 and doggos, we loved that there was enough space for everyone to not feel crowded. The corner location of the house was great with a large yard for the dogs to play and us to sit out in. It was quite toasty in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, I would recommend bringing some small fans with you as there were only 2 fans in the whole house. Overall, this was a great stay and would book again if we're in the area.

Awesome Stay in Bend with Friends

Awesome spot for our big group. The house is in a super quiet, really nice neighborhood—walking distance to my gym, plus great Mexican and Asian restaurants nearby, which was a huge bonus. The place could use a little TLC, and the hosts never responded to messages, but we didn’t have any issues so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

Bend Stay!

Great size house for two families, we never felt cramped, lots of room and spaces for everyone. House felt a little more dated than the pictures show, but it was priced well. Bathrooms could use an update. Property was well located in a nice neighborhood, and close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

Great size for a group of 9 friends, two young toddlers, and two dogs in town for an event weekend. Close enough to downtown to be convenient, but also a nice private/quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a big plus!

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

Property was spacious and centrally located to breweries and the river. Costco and Walmart within 10 - 15 minutes. Home has plenty of comfortable beds and the game room was a HIT!! Took us back to our childhood. Centipede, PAC Man, Donkey Kong Astroids and many many more.

Lovely home with all the fun activities to keep many ages entertained! Great space to have all your family eat together inside or out. Central to all parts of bend and hiking. Affordable, spacious and excellent location.

Took a family trip with four adults and two teenagers. We go to Bend every year and have stayed in many rentals. This rental had plenty of room for all of us to each have our own room and bed. Along with our three dogs. The dogs greatly appreciated the large fenced backyard. We had a great time hanging out back there playing corn hole. Great location for us, less than a 10 minute drive to the Old Mill District for some food and shopping. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to Benham Falls hiking area and the lava beds visitor center. The owner was very quick to respond to questions, and very accommodating to any of our special requests.

What an amazing stay!

This house is so neat. 4 levels which makes noise level really low, plenty of places to sleep and hang out. Great kitchen and living space for games, gathering etc. Really enjoyed this property. We will recommend and come again.

Great location, amazing house!!

The house was very clean and modern. There was a space heater in every room and lots of extra blankets and pillows in each room! The game room was an absolute blast. The bunk room our kids just loved. Location was amazing, restaurants and a shopping center right across the street. We were only 30 mins from Bachelor. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. This was a great experience from start to finish! Thank you so much!!
