Welcome to Cypress 10, a spacious 3,200-square-foot Sunriver vacation home set among the tall pines of the quieter North End. Classic in character and generous in scale, this inviting retreat offers a comfortable, well-priced home base for families and groups seeking a peaceful Central Oregon getaway with room to gather, unwind, and explore.

The great room is the heart of the home, framed by expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and draw the surrounding forest into view. With its warm Sunriver lodge character, soaring sense of space, and tall river rock fireplace, this is a room made for slow mornings, relaxed conversation, and quiet evenings curled up with a favorite book. Several flat-screen TVs throughout the home provide easy entertainment during vacation downtime.

The kitchen is well suited for gourmet entertaining, with generous slab granite countertops, ample prep space, and an elegant setting for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Whether you are cooking for the group or setting out snacks after a day on the bike paths, the kitchen offers the function and polish guests expect from a quality Sunriver vacation rental.

Just beyond the great room, the large back deck offers a great place to escape. Furnished for outdoor lounging and dining, this expansive deck invites guests to enjoy the forest setting from morning coffee to evening stargazing. After a day of biking Sunriver’s paved pathways, floating the Deschutes River, hiking Central Oregon trails, golfing, skiing, or exploring Sunriver Village, slip into the private hot tub and let the day settle under the stars. Five adult bikes are provided, making it easy to ride throughout Sunriver and enjoy the resort’s scenic trail network.

The main level includes a king bedroom with a full private bathroom, walk-in shower, cable TV, DVD player, and a large walk-in closet. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, guests will find a workstation and three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, workstation, cable TV, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and shared bathroom access. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, cable TV, private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a large walk-in closet. This thoughtful layout gives families, couples, and multi-generational groups both shared gathering spaces and comfortable private retreats.

Please note: Like most Sunriver homes, Cypress 10 does not have air conditioning. With cool mountain evenings, shaded pine surroundings, and ice-cold rivers and lakes nearby, this home is well suited for a slower summer rhythm of morning bike rides, afternoon adventures, cold drinks, and unhurried time together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
