The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools and good quality pots and pans. The livingroom furniture is comfortable. The bedrooms are adequate. There were a few issues. The dryer was out of order so doing laundry was not an option. The downstairs bathtub filled with water when my friends were showering so that needs to be addressed. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is very soft and was rough on my back. If it had been earlier in the summer it would be impossible to sleep due to how hot it gets up there. Even with overnight temps in the high 30s, with the window open all night, with the fan on all night, the room stayed stuffy. Admittedly this was my first time renting a house (we have always stayed in hotels) so I have nothing to compare this to. ##### Kim, S. This was one of our favorites. We loved the location and the layout was perfect for a family of four with the teens getting the upstairs (BR and Loft) all to themselves.
