Quelah Condo 105 is centrally located in Sunriver. The Quelah Condo Complex is on Circle 3, the same road that takes you to the Marina and the Sunriver Horse Stables. It is a 5 min walk to the Nature center and about 20 minutes to the shopping center. Our condo has an unbeatable view of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor from the back patio! Deer, swan, ducks, geese, and even an occasional otter can be seen. The stars at night are amazing! This two bedroom two bath condo is air-conditioned throughout. The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishing, flat screen TV and DVD player. Small desk to keep up on work. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen and two single beds , TV with DVD. Both shower stalls are equipped with handle bars for easy in/out. Very spacious living room with leather furnishing, big screen smart TV, DVD and wireless internet connection. There is wood flooring in the main rooms, carpets in the bedrooms, central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, a new electric range, and a big Weber Gas Barbecue Grill. Each Quelah condo has its own private covered parking and space for extra car. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING please!

The Quelah Condo complex has three private tennis courts, jacuzzi, swimming pool and kids' pool.

The Sunriver Resort has a new Aquatic and Recreation Center, tennis courts, scenic golf courses, shopping, restaurants and over 33 miles of bicycle paths to explore.

Great stay in Quelah

We had a wonderful post-Christmas stay. The location is fantastic. Great views of Lake Aspen changing throughout the day. It is also very close to the mall. The condo had all the kitchen amenities needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back soon!

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The location and view from the condo couldn’t have been better.! We enjoyed watching the swans and geese. A stroll around the pond we spotted otters playing. Owner Chad was so helpful and kind with our numerous date changes.

Loved this place

We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We will be back.

Great Location, and a great place

We were so happy with this Sunriver property. The furniture was probably the best we’ve ever had at a VRBO. View was fantastic and we enjoyed watching the swans on the lake.

A getaway for the holidays

We had a great time staying at Quelah 105 over Christmas. It was well appointed and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great with Aspen Lake right out the back door and a beautiful view of the top of Mt Bachelor.

Epic View!

Perfect location in Sun River. Good layout, nice deck, well equipped kitchen. Had a bump with the unit readiness from the cleaners upon arrival. Hosts were very accessible and nice about our concerns. Overall an excellent stay!

Peaceful View!

This condo is right on Aspen Lake. It’s a beautiful view. We loved sitting outside and watching the family of swans that live on the lake. It is very peaceful. It has a great location and is only minutes from all parts of Sunriver.

The best!

Perfect setting!

This is our second time in this unit - we just love the view out over the lake! It's very quiet and peaceful - a great location to access all that Sunriver has to offer. The unit was very clean and well-stocked, check-in was easy, the owners were great at providing all of the info we needed for our stay - we'll be back again!

Perfect fit

Amazing stay

This property is an absolute GEM!!!! In fact, I just got home today and booked it for next summer. Other than a few cleaning issues that I’ve already addressed with the owner, it’s perfect. Love that the pool is close, the swans were out in Lake Aspen everyday and it’s just a short bike ride to the store. Perfectly located to everything you might desire in Sunriver!

Clean, quiet, and a great view.

Quelah 105 proved to be an excellent choice for a weeklong summer stay in SunRiver. Its quite close to the Quelah pool and spa and has a great view to the west from the back deck. Sunsets are spectacular. The unit has covered parking. The interior of the unit itself is tastefully decorated and attractive. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are well stocked with all the necessary food prep tools. Will stay there again.

Love The Palm

Super close to downtown and Shakespeare Festival! I love the separated bedrooms, kitchenette, separate quiet A/C units w/remotes and the loveliest gardens! The pool and surrounding area is quite tranquil as well. The added touch was the gummy bears and pillow service. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Although we did not get to use the pool service, I would add some small plates to the drink and sunscreen menu! Guests would really appreciate the small kitchen and plates addition. Very pleased with my choice for a family of four.

Wonderful unit!

We were here for a not-snowy Christmas break. The view from the unit really is wonderful (the swans are year round!) The unit is well equipped and very centrally located. It basically has two large master suites- the owners have put several beds in the second suite. There is a pool/tennis/hot tub complex across the entry road available, and during winter the hot tub is open. Pickleball with quiet paddles/balls is allowed on the tennis courts during the summer (but not sure about lines)(the nets are taken down in the winter). The condo is located on the same lake as the nature center. It is definitely a place to return to!
