SHARK passes included. Nicely appointment, 3 BR, 2.5 BA - Air Conditioning. This comfortable, nicely appointed, family friendly two story, 1812 square foot home features a reverse living floor plan. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located in the tranquil north end of Sunriver on a cul-de-sac with 10 private homes. This home was once featured in Sunriver's 'Showcase of Homes'. There are views of mature ponderosa pine trees from every window. The kitchen, dinning area, living room, half bath and master bedroom are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining and living rooms' open floor plan and vaulted ceiling provides a great setting for the whole family to be together. The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with memory foam top and its own en-suite bath with an oversize jetted Jacuzzi Roman style bathtub. The dining and living room have excellent views on the wooded cul-de-sac in front of the house which is ideal for keeping a eye on your children riding bicycles around the circle or playing in the snow. The kitchen has a built-in microwave and convection oven. If you enjoy cooking you will appreciate the ample, quality cookware. There is a 240 square foot deck which can be accessed through French doors from the master bedroom or dining area. There are tables and chairs on the deck for summertime dining and a propane grill for BBQ. New and comfortable upholstered furniture is in the great room for your relaxation. A 32' HDTV, DVD player, an assortment of DVD's and cable TV are in the great room for your entertainment. A wood burning stove with glass doors is an enjoyable treat after a day of playing in the snow. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The first has one twin bed and extra long twin over one queen, a 27' HDTV, DVD player, and a Play Station 2 gaming console with a variety of games. A second downstairs bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam top, and a private entry through French doors leading to the lower paver deck. Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. \*\*\*\* Renters must be 25 year of age or older \*\*\*\* There is a non refundable-cleaning fee of $200. The fridge quit working on our first day but Eric got a new one delivered ASAP! It was a bummer to have to deal with that on our vacation, but he had great communication and took care of things we needed right away. The neighborhood is so quiet and felt like home away from home. Newer carpet and living room furniture looked new. Everything worked, although the stove top took a long time to get hot. Well equipped kitchen. Bikes in good working order. This house is at the far north end of Sunriver. We liked it as it was super quiet. But, if you’re planning on walking to SHARC or the Village it’s a hike. ##### Jim S. In fact, when we told our grandchildren that we were renting the same house, they both started jumping up and down with excitement. It is well located in Sunriver that you need for a family vacation. The layout is perfect with areas for everyone to be together but with enough space and separation to allow everyone to do what they want to do.
