The home was beautiful and the rooms were nice. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. A very cozy feel to the place. The hot tub was a big hit. We did have to call a couple times about the hot tub as the temperature was dropping and wouldn't heat up, but the gentleman who came out was extremely helpful and even followed up with us to make sure it was still running good. For the price of cleaning fees these days, the house definitely could have been cleaner upon our arrival. I am now aware that the pollen can be really bad but, you could tell that no one even attempted to clean the deck before we showed up so it was covered and I mean covered in pollen and there wasn't anything there for us to clean it with. They did come use a leaf blower the next morning to remove a lot of it but, tables and chairs needed to be wiped down and there was no towels or supplies to do that so we never sat or hung out on the deck. Speaking of towels, this place definitely needs to provide more towels. I recommend bringing another towel for yourself. Overall this place was amazing and I will be looking at staying here again.
