Cool location for a ski vacation but don’t plan on having a kitchen, a washer/dryer or garage access, and you’re parking on the gravel next to the driveway, not in the driveway. Keep in mind what you’re getting is the studio basement apartment of a modern new home but without all the modern conveniences. It’s new, it looks cool and it’s in a great location but without a kitchen I ate either at the resort close by or in town everyday. It is what it is.
