A little far from all the parks, and SHARC, but fit our needs Patio furniture was stored away for winter, so we had a table with no top, but did find the chair cushions to bask in the afternoon sun and enjoy the outdoors. The house is well laid out - 3 bedrooms and bathrooms at one end and kitchen, eating area and living room on the other. The house is well stocked with cooking utensils - probably too many as it makes it hard to organize pots, pans and lids. The property sits on fairly level land which worked well with our 4 year old grandson who is just learning to ride his bike. We had 2 issues which were addressed the following day. If you use the included bikes (they are not full sized) bring some tools so you can adjust the seats. A very quiet neighborhood with a zero tolerance for fireworks - not one fire cracker was heard. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was beautiful, lots of natural sunlight and fully stocked kitchen. There wasn't anything we wished we had. TV also had DVD and movies, games, plenty of seating and the bedrooms were very comfy and nice. There are 4 bicycles and so many nice paths to ride! Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced or repaired. It was about ready to fall off. There were exposed, screw heads on the steps leading into the hot tub. Comfortable home away from home, well-lit and well-stocked kitchen (spices and utensils and kitchenware). SHARC passes were nice to have and extra bikes if needed. Hot tub was clean and not too hot. It was a great location - we explored Bend, Sun River and went skiing at Mt Bachelor. The house was well-stocked - kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, plus the private hot tub was amazing. There were bikes we could borrow.
