Situated in the scenic Forestbrook enclave of Caldera Springs, 18137-1 Forestbrook Loop is a newly constructed vacation home that was furnished professionally by 110 Bungalow and offers endless adventure at your doorstep. A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this two-level, 2,125 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 8 guests with its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bath.

Thoughtful interiors embrace contemporary Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a dining area and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.

Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.

Discouraged by not having useable tvs in both master suites,..Lucky the main room did have cable..No grab bars in shower and tub.. A garage door opener remote would make it nicer for guests. (not much money for a remote.) especially payng 740 per nite.
