Comfortable ,clean room and bed. We did not use pool or hottub but they looked very nice. Breakfast buffet had a good selection for every palate for any age and diet restrictions.

Very clean room, wonderful having tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7, and the breakfast selection was surprisingly large, including both hot and cold breakfast items. Excellent service, and the location is great.

Staff was very non-conversive. The only conversation was… “name”?…”how many keys”. The room was great. Clean, comfortable bed, room to move around, the only minor complaints about the room was that the heater/AC was a little noisy, and the sink drained very slowly. Other than that, the room was great. One other “ complaint”… The dining area was closed when it was not breakfast time. I have never seen that in any other place that I have stayed. They are usually open so that you could sit and converse with friends, watch TV, maybe play a game(which is what we wanted to do… since there is no table in our room!) Other hotels that we have stayed we have had guests come to visit with us. We always sit in the common area/breakfast area to talk or even play a game. Not having access to that area was disappointing.

They ran out of things for breakfast such as eggs, bacon, and sausage one morning. The elevator stopped working for a brief time. otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet.The pool was clean and the hot tub was enjoyable. Good location, as far as quick access to restaurants and shopping.

All was great. Coffee in the lobby could have been ready a little earlier. Maybe by 6am would have been fabulous! But... all in all it was a good stay. And breakfast always a good variety.

Great location on the edge of Bend, the front desk lady was excellent- especially when the lobby was full with a sports team checking in and she had a line up. She was calm and collected-even under pressure. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy. Would stay again.
