Best location in Sunriver! Fully renovated 3 bed, 3 bath home right next to Sunriver village! \- Brand new hot tub installed September 2022! \- Just steps (2-minute walk) from Sunriver Village (Coffee houses, restaurants, shops, bike/ski rentals, ice cream, grocery store, ice skating, mini golf, bouncy houses, rock climbing). \- 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk to the SHARC waterpark. The space Indoor Space: \- Fully updated kitchen. \- Open common room for gathering. Smart TV in this room. \- Downstairs common full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Bedrooms: \- There are beds for 9 people and an additional queen air mattress and twin mattress that could be put on the floor to sleep up to 12 total. \- Downstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower) attached. Smart TV in this room. \- Upstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower) attached and a large walk-in closet with a vent that could sleep small kids (we have put our 1-year-old twins in their pac'n'plays in this closet). The house is very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was fun and the location is super close to Sunriver shops. Our kids loved the loft area and secret cubby in the bunk room. The beds were nice but more on the firm side. There was a discrepancy on the description of the rental property listing but we got in touch with the host right after check in and he responded super quick and was very helpful in sorting out the issue. We loved our stay here! So cozy and clean. The kitchen items are nice quality, which is a bonus. Everything is super organized and well taken care of. Bedding was nice and beds were super comfortable! We loved the hot tub! The bike shop where you can get a discount for renting bikes was so nice and easy to work with. It’s located right behind this place! So convenient! We rode bikes to Benham Falls and enjoyed it so much! Easy ride and beautiful fall weather. Some great advantages to staying here are - it is right next to the bike trail and the Village shopping center, quiet street, easy check in and check out, and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We love good food and we unfortunately we struggled to find really good food in Sunriver. The 2 places we ate at were subpar. We decided to find places in Bend. Zydeco Kitchen was great food! (Carrot cake was only so so) The other place we ate at was nostalgic to Bend, Pine Tavern, it was just okay food. This cozy cottage was a win! We would definitely come back here.
