Centrally located in Bend, we're just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, downtown, Old Mill, and Mt Bachelor. We're thoughtfully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, sauces, seasoning), Smart TVs with cable, coffee, tea, and family-friendly games. All rooms have top-rated memory foam mattresses. Washer/Dryer in home. Towels, linens, shampoo, soap all provided. Fire pit and Gas Grill in fenced in back yard. Cleaned by a professional cleaning service after each stay. Dogs allowed for a one time stay fee of $50\. Parking limited to 5 cars. Being close to everything has its perks, but it also comes with ambient noise from city streets. Tracy is a fantastic hostess and it is a great property. We had a few very minor things that were addressed immediately and perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed for a golf trip. Only complaint is the road noise is a bit loud. It didn’t affect us too much but for those searching for a quiet backyard area, this doesn’t quite have that. Other than that, everything was excellent at the property! ##### Adam J. The neighborhood was very nice and close to most things we needed. Very comfortable and spacious with several areas to relax as well as a great outdoor space! Host communicated quickly and well!
