Welcome to our Black Butte Ranch Home with one of the best locations on the Ranch. Our 3 bedroom single story Glaze Meadow home is located in a cul-de-sac, perfect for families and only a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex. The setting is spectacular with potential for viewing wildlife.
Our home sleeps 6. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms (1 Queen, and 2 Twin Beds) off the hallway share the main floor bathroom (bathtub/shower combination). We have a wrap around deck with a dining table, propane bbq, and Blackstone Griddle. Additional private deck on the back of house with hot tub/spa, double chaise lounges, and outdoor seating. House has a fully stocked kitchen(just bring food/drink), flat screen smart tv in living room and primary bedroom, washer and dryer, and all linens.
*Also, please note that motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch or on any of the Black Butte properties.
Located 2 blocks from the new Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex and 'The Spa at Black Butte Ranch'(mani-pedi, facials, massage etc),year-round indoor pool, outdoor pool, toddler pool, spray ground, fitness center, wireless Internet, sports shop and seasonal bike, snow shoe and XC ski rentals. Adjacent to this facility are lighted tennis courts and a playground with boulders for climbing, playground structures, even a circuit for beginning bikers. Take a quick morning walk for coffee!

Black Butte Ranch, a gated resort community, has two championship golf course with signature views, five swimming pools, 23 tennis courts, 18 miles of bike/walking trails, canoes, cross-country skiing, catch-and-release fly fishing, guided horseback riding, volleyball court, basket ball hoops, frisbee golf, plus soccer and softball fields. The Recreation Department offers activities for all ages and will assist you with recreational activities available in Central Oregon. Hoodoo and Mt. Bachelor ski areas, numerous lakes, rivers, hiking trails, rock climbing and wilderness areas, and snowmobile parks are an easy drive. Note: The Welcome Center no longer collects the Resort Fee at registration. Your booking includes a "Property Fee", under Host Fees, that is your Resort Fee.

The Lodge Restaurant(under constuction, reopening February 2023), Robert's Pub in Big Meadow, and the Lakeside Bistro provide dining options on the ranch. There's a 'General Store' for convenience shopping located near the Welcome Center and Postal and Business Services building.


Black Butte Ranch is located eight miles from the quaint western-themed town of Sisters. Home of the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, second Saturday in July. Explore local parks, boutiques, art galleries, small shops, bakeries, restaurants, super market, library, Sisters Movie House and brew pub with snow-capped Three Sisters looming in the distance.

Great family friendly BBR house close to park and pool
We were in BBR for a wedding with several other families. We hands down had the best house! The deck was so fun to hang out on and my 3 year old loved the twin room. It was also well equipped for cooking and with kid plates / utensils. It’s a bit far from the main lodge but the proximity to GM pool and park was good for those with little kids. Would love to stay again.

Relaxing stay in wonderful updated home
Love the windows which let in a lot of light and view of the trees, location is convenient to the GM pool/gym. Most of all we appreciate being able to bring our dog with us and stay in such a lovely comfortable home.

Great house, great location
We have stayed multiple times and have enjoyed each stay. Home is well stocked with linens, fans, bikes etc. Kitchen is set up very well. The proximity to GM pool allows flexibility and is a short walk kids can manage easily. We love having a hot tub and the kids love riding bikes around the loop in front. Thanks for another great visit!

Fabulous location and awesome cabin!
We have visited BBR for 18 years staying all over the ranch and loved this cabin. The location right near glaze meadow pool and recreation made for fun pickle ball tournaments, great bike rides and afternoons at the pool. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked cabin with ample glassware, kitchen equipment and supplies, towels, and even the bikes were great and in incredible shape. We brought our own but maybe didn't need to. The owners have thought of everything! Our college age daughters joined us and we all had ample room to be together and also enjoy time alone on the two large decks and the updated interior was very pleasant and comfortable. We are hoping to book this cabin again for next year!

Wonderful Lacrosse tourney weekend
Our family shared this wonderful home with another family, for the SALI weekend. We stayed here last year for the lacrosse tournament as well, and loved it so much we booked it for this year. The home is spacious, so tidy, well-appointed, and located within a block of the indoor pool and pickleball courts, which we all appreciated. The communication was clear and easy, and there were so many dishes, towels, and even a closet of board games. The hot tub was easy to use, and the washer and dryer were spacious and so nice to have. We enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend staying here for any weekend!

Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day weekend
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home so thankful that they are a dog friendly home with an excellent hot tub and proximity to the community pool/rec center. The home is great for my mother who uses a walker. She was able to get around the house easily. We will definitely come and stay again!

Annette and her property are awesome.
We loved this property so much, we can’t wait to book again. Annette is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The house is lovely and kitchen fully equipped/functional. We gave the hot tub and bikes a good workout. If you’re traveling with kids, the nearby playground was hours of fun. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was very well located next to the golf course and Glaze Meadow pool, which we were happy to walk over and enjoy. Even so, it was so lovely to have a hot tub at the house, which was very clean. This was a perfect place for us to enjoy the winter wonderland of Black Butte.

Friends Getaway
Our Annual Neighborhood Friends Getaway was perfect. We were nervous about the weather, but everything turned out great. The house was beautiful, cozy, and has everything you would need. We loved the large front windows to watch the 13” of snow come down. The host was great and timely with her responses when I had a couple questions. Recommend a stay here.

Love this house!
This is the second time we've stayed here and it's perfect! The house has a nice open floor plan and it's beautifully decorated. We've only used the master bedroom and the bed is super comfy. The living room furniture is too. We even got to enjoy sitting on the front deck in the adirondack chairs this time. They also have a really nice hot tub. We will definitely come back and recommend this house to friends!

Great place to stay!
This house is fantastic! Not only is the house top notch, Annette is also a dream to work with. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Sisters, Bwnd, or even Crater Lake, this is the place. It has everything you could want. Black Butte Ranch is also an amazing location. You really don’t even need to leave, if you’d rather just hang out. As for the house, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are really comfortable, there are multiple tvs, the hot tub is a treat, and the great room/kitchen area is a wonderful place to gather. Also, the check out instructions are very reasonable, which is a bonus. Only thing I’m mention is that the trash/recycle drop off is outside of Black Butte Ranch on Hwy 20, so get good directions when you check in at the welcome center.
