For the golf enthusiasts among you, the Widgi Creek Golf Club is less than 5 minutes down the road, offering challenging fairways and greens surrounded by incredible mountainous landscape. If you’ve come to the area in the winter months for the fresh powder and challenging ski runs, Mt. Bachelor is a 10-minute drive away, making day trips to and from the slopes a breeze. In 10 minutes, you can be in the Old Mill District where you can shop and dine to your hearts’ content along the scenic Deschutes River. The river itself is a desirable family-friendly destination, with river tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding all exciting options. Pay a visit to downtown Bend, again just 10 minutes away, and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the local breweries and taprooms. For the outdoor enthusiasts among you, there are plenty of trailheads nearby for scenic hikes in and out of the Deschutes National Forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a loft. The bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, work desk with chair, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The loft includes a king size bed as well as connected full bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo. The home also includes a half bathroom. THINGS TO NOTE: • Community laundry facilities are available on the first floor of the building. • This unit is NOT pet friendly. • Please note that while you have access to all the amenities on site, this is a private unit and not part of the Wyndham resort. As such, the front desk will not be able to provide any services such as more towels or linens. We provide those within the unit. The front desk will be happy to answer questions such as help book activities such as horseback riding from the onsite stable and rafting trips. • Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The resort also offers EV parking/charging. • Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months. • Unit is on the 3rd floor. Please note that no elevator is available – stairs only. • The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
