Comfortably furnished holiday flat in a fantastic beach location in Benalmádena, just 100 m from the popular sandy beach ‘Playa de Bil Bil’.

The flat can be reached by lift on the 2nd floor. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, a roof terrace of approx. 20 sqm (with sun protection), as well as a bathroom and a fully equipped, separate kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm. Roller shutters in the bedrooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The living room also has roller shutters and can be darkened if required.
The equipment includes fresh bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and beach towels. Spare bed linen for your own change is available in the flat. A baby cot and a baby chair are available on request.
- Air conditioning/ heating: The living room, both bedrooms and the kitchen can be air conditioned. - TV/ Entertainment: 50‘ Sony Smart TV in the living room, 32’ Sony Smart TV in bedroom #1, Libratone Bluetooth box, WLAN (300 Mbit/s) - Other electrical appliances: vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer - Pool: free swimming in the pool of the neighbouring hotel. Only open in high season (June - September).
Car park: In low season in the side streets, in high season we recommend the use of a public car park (chargeable).
The costs for the final cleaning are included in the total price (host fee).

Pretty decent sized apartment, comfy king-size bed, ( didn't use the two singles so can't comment on them) kitchen well equipped although no oven ware. Very well located being only 10 minutes walk to large supermarket, many restaurants literally on your doorstep and the beach (not golden sand) j but just steps away. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment and a taxi rank just across the road. You can see the sea from the balcony if you're standing up otherwise your view is just more apartment blocks.Our main problem staying here was the noise. It is VERY noisy most of the time. With the bus stop right outside every time one stopped it would cause cars to back up and the horns would start. Same with the taxis doing a U turn. Would we stay here again, probably not, but if you're not bothered with the noise it's a nice apartment. Finally shout out to Christophe who met us with the keys and saw us off when we left. Always quick to reply to our questions and very plesent friendly man. Thank you Christophe for sorting where I needed to go to get my ring cut off. Much appreciated.
Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war super gut und sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer teilweise auch selbst dort sind. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist schön groß und komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Pfannenwendern, Schneidebretter und so weiter. Auch Verbrauchsgüter sind vorhanden, wie Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Waschpulver etc., sodass man nicht sofort in den Supermarkt muss. Gerade wenn man abends anreist, ist das schon echt eine Erleichterung. Was man aufbraucht, kauft man nach und lässt es beim Auszug dort. Finde ich super. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Man kann sie komplett beschatten und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Leider ist direkt vor der Tür eine vielbefahrene Straße, sodass man die Fahrzeuge noch bis abends hört. Dafür ist aber auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut. In jedem Zimmer (außer im Badezimmer) gibt es Klimaanlagen. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Schrank, in den man sehr bequem alle seine Sachen verstauen kann. Eine Safe gibt es auch. Die Lage ist grandios. Wenige Schritte zum Strand, wo man auch sehr bequeme Liegen mieten kann. Mehrere Supermärkte und Apotheke gibt es fußläufig und ansonsten unglaublich viele Restaurants. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Eigentümer vorab als auch mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war tadellos. Vielen Dank!
