Confortável e eficiente.

Apesar de a rede Promenade oferecer vários hotéis semelhantes na sofisticada região da Savassi, eu prefiro o Guignard pelas amplas e confortáveis acomodações: quarto com varanda, sala com uma cozinha americana, bom banheiro, boa garagem e ótimo acesso, estando em uma ilha de tranquilidade quase na esquina com a av. Cristóvão Colombo, sendo vizinho simultaneamente da Praça de Liberdade e da estrada para o Rio de Janeiro. Possui restaurante e oferece um bom café da manhã. Tem elevadores panorâmicos. A recepção é discreta e eficiente e as instalações, embora não escondam uma certa idade, funcionam adequadamente. Já me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, tendo enviado algumas avaliações com pequenas críticas a defeitos que não se repetiram.desta vez.

Em geral, o hotel funciona bem, mas foi preciso eu solicitar várias intervenções. Nos hospedamos por uma noite devido a reforma do nosso apartamento. Meus filhos pequenos estavam comigo, de 2 anos e um bebê de 5 meses, e mesmo assim nos reservaram um apartamento abaixo de outro que estava em obras! Foram ágeis em nos trocar de apartamento. No seguinte, mesmo sendo de não fumante, as lixeiras tinham cheiro de cigarro. Várias coisas precisam ser renovadas nos apartamentos. Os ar-condicionados são antigos. Os da sala então... super barulhentos e com cheiro de mofo. Os chuveiros espalham agua por toda parte. O box permitia passagem da agua e a toalha de piso ficava sempre encharcada. Não havia ducha higiênica, apenas os antigos bidês. Meu filho abriu o registro por curiosidade e um super jato encharcou o teto do banheiro! O bidê do segundo quarto nem sequer funcionava. A piscina estava suja às 10 da manhã. Tive que ligar e solicitar que aspirassem. Precisei usar o elevador de cadeirante que dá acesso à piscina mas ele não funcionou. Tive que dar um jeito de subir e descer com o carrinho do meu bebê pelas escadas. O café da manhã era razoável. Não tinha suco natural, apenas refrescos. Pontos positivos: apartamento muito espaçoso; cozinha do apartamento bem montada, pronto atendimento dos funcionários, localização privilegiada para passear na Savassi.

Otimo hotel na Savassi.

Há muitos anos vou muito a Belo Horizonte e já me hospedei em diversos hoteis dessa rede Promenade situados na região da Savassi, região onde se encontra ótimo comércio, restaurantes, casas noturnas e atividades culturais. Os hotéias são todos de boa qualidade, sendo escolhidos mais em razão de meus compromissos na cidade. Esse hotel Guingard, no entanto, me agrada bastante. Desta vez, dado aos feriados de fim de ano, o hotel e a cidade estavam praticamente vazios, mas, de qualquer maneira, o hotel é muito bom. Quartos amplos, limpos e bem mobiliados, como um apart-hotel, possui uma pequena copa, com boa geladeira e alguns itens do frigobar, saleta e um banheiro bem razoável. Está bem situado, com boa vizinhança, nos fundos do Palácio da Liberdade e quase na esquina da Av. Cristovão Colombo, sendo fácil o acesso. Possui estacionamento, restaurante, piscina, wi-fi liberado para os hóspedes. Parece mais um hotel executivo, embora possa agradar a todos os tipos de hóspedes.

A good hotel

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is awesome!! The swimming pool area on the roof is very good with beautiful view.
