Just a 10-minute drive from Bellinzona, famous for its UNESCO World Heritage castles, and a short distance from the lakes of Lugano and Maggiore, LYRA is the perfect starting point for mountain adventures and relaxation. The space, bright and well-organized, ensures a practical and comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, is designed to meet all your needs. The dining table, placed next to the large French windows, offers a delightful view of the garden and mountains. The environment includes two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed, a cozy wooden armchair, a desk, and a smart TV. The bathroom, designed with a minimalist aesthetic, includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures. Additionally, all guests of Residenza Ticino can access the wonderful shared terrace, where they can enjoy the beauty of the panorama. The apartment also offers a private parking space adjacent to the property. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
