Just a 10-minute drive from Bellinzona, famous for its UNESCO World Heritage castles, and a short distance from the lakes of Lugano and Maggiore, CASSIOPEA is the perfect starting point for mountain adventures and relaxation. The space, bright and well-organized, ensures a practical and comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, is designed to meet all your needs. The dining table, placed next to the large French windows, offers a delightful view of the garden and mountains. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed ideal for additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), a wooden armchair, and a smart TV. The apartment features a stylishly decorated double bedroom, enhanced by a beautiful French door that opens onto the surrounding nature, offering a complete immersion in the landscape. The bathroom, designed with a minimalist aesthetic, includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures. Additionally, all guests of Residenza Ticino can access the wonderful shared terrace, where they can enjoy the beauty of the panorama. The apartment also offers a private parking space adjacent to the property. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
