This townhouse is located 2 minutes from the Bellingham International Airport, Costco, Fred Myers. 5 minutes to Bellingham's famous waterfront and multiple beach front parks and 10 minutes to WWU.

The townhouse features 4 bedrooms (King, two Queen, double) and a double pull out couch in livingroom. The townhouse can sleep 10 very comfortably. The home features beautiful hardwood floors, large dining table and outdoor dining table. This is incredible location for a home base while visiting Bellingham as you are 2 minutes from the freeway enterenance. The townhouse is equipped with everything you may need on your vacation. The two kitchens are fully stocked, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. Everything that you may need to cook a full meal. This listing includes unit a and b. Unit A has 3 bedrooms and unit b has 1 bedroom. There is a door between the units that is unlocked to connect them.

The townhouse features linens, shampoo, body wash, towels, laundry soap and more.

The back yard is very private and features a large fire pit and hot tub. The kids will love it here. There are lots of parks and trails to explore. The townhouse is a place to create memories and come back every year!

Please note that the townhouse is on a main road which gives it the easy access to all that Bellingham has to offer and some guests experience road noise when windows are open.

Good basic accommodations

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Slippers, extra towels and bathrobes are provided for the hot tub. Backyard space is very pleasant and private.

Met our Needs

The unit met our needs but there is room for improvement. It was great that we could bring the family together in one space to enjoy our visit and this unit allowed for that. Great parking accommodations.With it being difficult to sleep two people in a full bed a more accurate sleep number would be 8. The unit definitely needed a proper cleaning. Kitchens could be better prepared for use with the basic kitchen ware.

Fit the bill

Very close to the airport so easy in and easy out. Spacious inside and a very large backyard that felt very private. It's very close to a busy street but the owners have done what they can to mitigate the noise. We rented both the A and B units so it was nice to have two bathrooms. Renting just the A unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath would have felt a little crowded as we prepped for a family wedding. Had only one functioning light in the 3-light bathroom fixture in Unit A. Would have appreciated having bulbs as we would have happily replaced to give us better light. That's when the Unit B bathroom came in really handy. We would consider staying there in the future.

Nice house for large group

The house is good for a large group. Property is split into two adjoining units with separate entrances. Only issue was an Amazon package I had deliverd to the house was stolen. Not the owners fault by any means and they tried to track it down, but suggest avoiding sending packages to this property. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Overall.. very good.

We rented the whole house, units a & b. We lived the idea of a separate area for my husband with dementia to be able to have his quiet space away from our noise. When we arrived, the door connecting the units was locked, with no instruction how to get it open. I messaged the owner, but didn't hear back (until a couple days later) Luckily, my daughter in law found the key and all was well again. We were there for Thanksgiving so we cooked the whole meal between the 2 kitchens. We found the kitchens to be stocked quite well with almost everything we needed for this giant meal. Couches & beds were comfortable. Hideabed in the small unit was comfortable. We were REALLY looking forward to the trampoline in the back yard, oops, wasn't there. But we did enjoy the fire pit. The back yard is huge and quite private. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was there and ready, with towels and flip flops by the door. There really was a lot of road noise, but we knew to expect that, so no big deal. Being close to stores was very nice.

Very poorly supplied, yard was nothing but tall weeds, noisy area.

First thing we noticed were foot tall dandelions and weeds in flower bed. One roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay, one wash cloth, no broom, no towel rack in bathroom, toilet seat would not stay on. Minimum dishes and flatware. Couches and beds were very uncomfortable. I will not reccomend this place to anyone
