Experience Idaho at this one-of-a-kind, chalet-style home! Centered on 2-acres of mature trees and orchards and surrounded by ranch land, privacy abounds. You will feel like you're in the mountains and your only visitors will be elk and deer. The timber-built home is unlike anything you’ve seen with 30ft-lodge poles running from the basement to the cathedral-like living room ceiling. Almost an entire 25ft high wall of windows makes this home feel like a luxurious extension of the outdoors. Recently remodeled, this 4,500SF home perfectly blends modern luxe with rustic ambience and offers every on-site amenity you could desire: indoor heated saltwater pool, 3-person infrared sauna, 6-person outdoor hot tub, Theatre room with 85” TV and surround sound, 9-ft shuffleboard table, outdoor patio dining with BBQ, fire pit, yard games, a private terrace patio and much more. Gourmet kitchen is complete with a 36" Dacor gas range, dishwasher, wine fridge, a large island with open floor plan to dining, breakfast bar, and all the appliances and supplies to cook for large groups. Bedroom 1: Ground floor, King bed, en suite with large walk-in shower and wand, 75” TV, walk-in closet, views of the pool and its own AC/heater. Bedroom 2: 2nd floor, King bed, en suite with walk-in shower, 65” TV, walk-in closet, private patio, large windows with beautiful views, blackout curtains and its own AC/heater. Bedroom 3: 2nd floor, King bed, en suite with soaker tub and wand, 75” TV, walk-in closet, large windows with beautiful views. Bedroom 4: Basement, King bed, 55” TV Additional beds: 2 full beds in the basement, 2 inflatable queen mattresses, and a pack n’ play. Living room: 25ft ceilings, 20ft-high grandiose gas fireplace with remote control. Pool Room: Indoor saltwater pool is heated and all yours! Sauna is located in the same room and 6-person hot tub is right off the back door of the pool room. WiFi: Starlink Satellite delivers high-speed WiFi with an average in 2022 of 90mbps download speed. Laundry: full laundry on site with all supplies. Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds, with parking for up to 8 cars. The barn on the property is home to our yard supplies and we ask guests not to go in there for their own safety. There is a wood pile behind the barn that should also be avoided as there are nails in some of the boards. I will be readily available by phone/message from 6am to 10pm. Unfortunately I don't live in the Hailey area, but should you need anything, I have a lot of people to call on. The home is located 3-minutes south of Hailey on the historic Broadford Rd that dates back to the 1880's and was used to service the needs of mines in the area. Bike paths, cottonwood trees and river access (fishing spots) line the road as it follows the river, ranches and hillside towards Bellevue. SKIING \-The Rotarun Ski Area in Hailey is only 10-minutes away. \-Internationally acclaimed Sun Valley Ski Resort only 13 miles away! \-Soldier Mountain and their famous heli-skiing is only 1 hour away! FISHING \-As mentioned, Wood River access is only minutes away from the home. \-The Silver Creek preserve is only 25 mins away and home to some of Idaho's most coveted trout. HAILEY Home to about 9,000 full-time residents, there are plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner for all your needs. There is parking for up to 8 vehicles on the grounds as well as 1 covered carport. Hailey is a 3-minute drive North and Ketchum is 20 min. Bellevue is a 9-min drive South. \-Pool is heated by passive solar energy in the summer and a gas heater in the winter. \-It is tempting, but please no diving into the pool. We went biking, swimming, hiking, played golf and relaxed around the fire pit. The house had an incredible rustic feel but with high end amenities that we expect in the Sun Valley area. Everything worked perfectly including every single light bulb which is rare for most rental properties. We liked that the house was just a 2 minute drive to fly fishing on the big wood river and much closer to Silver Creek than houses in Ketchum, Elkhorn or Sun Valley. Our group was very pleased with the beds which were much more comfortable than typical high end SV rental properties even better than those at higher prices. This home and property is perfect for what we wanted; Space and amenities for our 25+ year old generation to hang and have fun and bond, outdoor spaces, as well as away spaces for elders. It has a park-like setting and even though the house has some mountain lodge-like quirky characteristics, it is also fabulously luxurious at the same time. We staged our family and friends wedding there. It is perfect for a small gathering event! The evenings afterwards, my young adult "kids" shot hoops in the barn, soaked in the sauna and hot tub while others sat around the firepit outside and elders read books in the magestic living room. Dream come true!. The last night the "kids" made popcorn and staged a movie night in the basement room. Three days was barely enough time to enjoy everything the space had to offer. Thank you, Brad, for all the communication and for allowing me to come figure things out, scope the grounds, etc in the days leading up to our stay. I was worried that the proximity of the airport was going to be more impactful, but it really wasn't a problem at all. The owners' decor, style and attention to detail are stunning. They have obviously lovingly renovated the home and left no detail unfinished. In addition to the beautiful decor, they have included thoughtful touches like stocking the fridge and pantry with tea, coffee, fresh eggs, pancake mix, etc - everything our traveling family of 6 could have needed to feel right at home. Shampoos, etc, cell charging cords, and perfectly placed reading lights made for an easy and relaxing vacation. We were visiting from Minnesota and it was our first time in Idaho - we will definitely be back! The property is located in a quiet area not far from Hailey. It was easy to get to local hiking trails and a day trip up to amazing Redfish Lake. We were visited daily by numerous deer and elk who entertained our four children as they watched from the picturesque windows while swimming. The sauna was also lovely on the cooler fall evenings. We didn't use the hot tub but the owner was great at communicating when it wasn't heating properly. Any question we had was answered immediately and the owners were very responsive. I could go on and on but will summarize it to say this was a "gem" in the gem state. Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay. My husband and I were celebrating his 50th birthday with our four kids (13, 13, 11 and 9) and it was a vacation to remember. ##### Annie O.
