Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the scent of flowers surrounding the entrance. The large living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, moka pot, toaster, and dishwasher (no electric oven), so you can prepare a delicious dinner to enjoy on the patio with lake view or around the dining table. On the ground floor, there's a bathroom with a small tub and shower. Upstairs, the attic has a second bathroom with a shower. The open space with air conditioning includes a zone with 2 modern single beds. Behind the large wardrobe dividing the room, you'll find a cozy double bed.



Washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the bedroom, TV, and Wi-Fi are available. All rooms are airy and have windows. There is no mold or dampness, ensuring guest comfort. According to regional regulations, the fireplace cannot be used.
