The decor was amazing. A little bit dark in the main community areas but still very unique. The different features on the bedroom doors was fascinating. Some of the bedroom interior could do with some refurbishment however always clean. Staff very friendly and evening entertainment although at the beginning of the season was very good.

Positiv: Lage, Strand und Pools sind sehr schön. Hotel ist nicht ganz modern, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Für Familie mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Negativ: Essen war nicht gut, eher durchschnittlich schlecht, wenig Variation und schlechte Qualität. 95% der Gäste waren russen, aber erträglich da sie meistens Familien waren und nicht so viel gesoffen haben.

Nice hotel with direct beach entrance

The overall experience is good. The only thing that was not professionel was the check-in situation where a staff member couldn’t give us a certain amount of change money in EU back. He just apologized that the hotel doesn’t have coins in EU currency. Instead of giving us the amount in Liras, he didn’t give us any option

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns allgemein sehr gefallen. Der asiatische Touch sehr angenehm, verschiedene Pools, diverse Getränkebars, gute Liegestühle, Animationen, Sportmöglichkeiten und Shows waren super, saubere Toiletten und Papier immer aufgefüllt, sauberes Hotelzimmer, jeden Tag saubere Tücher. Leider sehr geringe Ausflugmöglichkeiten für Leute die ohne Reisebegleitung buchten, Personal spricht nur Türkisch oder Russisch, fast keiner sprach Englisch, beim Wellness konnte man mit einem Schlüssel fremde Garderoben aufschliessen, Wellness sollte sauberer sein und in Stand gebracht werden, beim a la Carte hatte es keinen Platz mehr zum reservieren, die Türen zwischen den fremden Zimmern sollte besser isoliert werden, die Tische und Stühle waren sehr klebrig und dreckig,

Huzurlu ve güzel bir tatil

Otele ailecek 4 kişi gittik ve doublex aile odası gerçekten çok rahattı. Havuzlar büyük, gittiğimiz tarihlerde otel full olmasına rağmen havuzlar asla tıkış tıkış değildi. Ama şezlong bulmakta biraz zorlandık. Ve asansörler biraz sıkıntılı. Huzurlu güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Asiaticher Optik Freundlicher Service

das Hotel ist 4 Sterne mit all inclusive inc. Getränke im zimmer Kühlschrank, es gibt eine all inclusive bar die 24 stunden geöffnet ist für spät ankommende und früh auscheckende Gäste ist die Küche geöffnet, das personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, der spa bereich fanden wir besonders gut das wir es 2 mal In Anspruch nahmen die preise fanden wir günstig, es sind internationale Gäste mehrheitlich Rentner und Familien mit Kindern, es sind kinder Pool und Rutschen vorhanden, die zimmer sind hellhörig so das man etwas laute stimmen von Nebenzimmer hören kann, wir fanden den Aufenthalt trotzdem entspannend, da im Strand bereich eher wenig loswahr.
