This newly built, modern, minimalist villa offers stunning sea views, best enjoyed from the beautiful infinity pool. Each of the three floors is designed as a separate living space, allowing you all to enjoy complete privacy.
The villa is set on a sunny mountain slope and provides everything you need for a perfect holiday: an infinity pool and a spacious terrace with panoramic views.
Ground floor: laundry room with washer and dryer.
First floor: double bedroom with living area, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Terrace access with sea views.
Second floor: independent studio with two double bedrooms (air conditioning), living area, kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. Small garden and terrace.
Third floor: open kitchen, dining area, living room with air conditioning and fireplace, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (two showers) and separate toilet. Access to the main terrace with infinity pool and sea views.
The villa has an elevator.
Access to the property is on foot. There is a street-level elevator connecting the garage to the access ramp, so you will need to walk about 100 meters uphill to reach the entrance.
