Sea views, terrace and shared pool (Ref:H12) This lovely semi-detached house is located in Sa Riera ,Begur and 500 meters to the beach. It boasts stunning sea views and has a shared swimming pool. The entrance to the house is made through stairs and is arranged as follows: \*Main floor with an opened living and dining room with american kitchen. Access to the terrace with sea views. \*First floor: a double en suite bedroom with bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each with two double beds which share a bathroom with shower. At the lower floor we find a parking lot with a private space for parking. ​​--- ABOUT BEGUR--- The coast of Begur enjoys a shoreline of stunning beauty, whose cliffs and pines, the crystal waters of its hidden coves and its abrupt coastline, make this area one of the most emblematic of the Costa Brava. Begur has eight coves and beaches, located to the north, east and south of the town, with different characters and completely different kinds of natural beauty. Besides, Begur joined the growing città slow (slow city) movement, a project where people is searching for values of moving slow, enjoying the environment, the gastronomy, the craftworks and the traditions, with the final aim of appreciating the joy of quiet life. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. Petite Piscine à partager. Quartier très calme. Placé à 10 mn à pied de la plage Sa riera et de départ de sentiers. Easy check in and really nice service and help. The house is very nice. Clean with all the things you needs. There is more then on the list of equipments like BBQ and washing machine etc etc. No aircondition . Would be nice if the owners can invest in some fans. During the summer time it is really hot in the bedrooms. The pool is also really nice and clean. The location is really beautiful and quite with nice neighbours. 10 min walk to the beach. If you have young children or problems with stairs and hills you need to take the car. A lot of really nice small village with beautiful beach in the area. Easy to go to Begur for nice dinner and visit the town with taxi. There is also 4 restaurangs in Sa Riera with walking distans. They are really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!! Internet is available but quality/reception very poor due to remote location and saturation of the mobile phone network in area. 500m to the beach is correct but due to the very steep mountain passes, going on foot is an excursion and not really doable with small kids. Therefore a car is an absolute necessity. Very clean, well equipped and pretty house with all the necessary items and more, including nice walking routes maps etc. Beautiful area, calm and remote. Pool is shared by the 4 houses. Your peace therefore also depends on your neighbours. ##### Sebastian C.
