An excellent place to stay. Nice countryside around. The road outside is busy and you have to take care when reversing off the drive. But an excellent location for exploring lovely places like Beccles, Bungay and Southwold . Our visit was over Christmas and New Year and it couldn't have been cosier. We had a lovely week at Fox Cottage, very. Clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. Some nice locals walks and towns to explore, Beccles and Bungay were 2 nearby market towns with some nice cafes. Dunwich beach was pebbly but lovely and allowed dogs in the summer.
