Located on a channel of Wixom Lake \*\*there is NO LAKE currently\*\* but there is access to Tittabawassee River for kayaking and fishing near by, as well as 1000s of acres of State land for RVs, hiking, hunting, foraging, and outdoor enjoyment. There is an RV rental nearby. This 3 bedroom cottage invites friends and fun for relaxation with a back deck, large lawn, hammock, and firepit. I came with my elderly parents and we were very pleased with how it all worked out. There is a big step from one half of the house into the other.
