A short walk or bike ride from shopping, restaurants, the Maritime Museum (Blackbeard history), Old Burying Grounds, and wild horses of Taylor's Creek. Golf carts available for rental and permitted in town. Start your day by sipping coffee at a bakery or coffee shop while enjoying our open air Saturday market (April - Nov). Take a guided tour on the double decker bus or just stroll along front street and enjoy the views of Taylor's Creek and live music. Enjoy a ferry to Cape Lookout light house, dolphins, sunsets and wild horses. Enjoy amazing cuisine at the many local restaurants or a cold beer at Mill Whistle Brewing just a block away from the Coastal Cottage. They go over and beyond in making their guests comfortable. We had everything we could have needed for our stay. It was very clean, and cozy. Great location too.
