Terrific beach access. The condo has an ocean view and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The condo was vey clean, well-appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable, A/C worked very well. The host gave us some excellent recommendations about restaurants and grocery stories in the area. Definitely recommend this place. I traveled with an older senior over the age of 80 and she was able to get around, enjoy the property and relax and be as active as she chose to! I will be back! The waterfront patio was fun too. It has a glorious view of palm trees and a sandy beach with particularly gorgeous sunrises. It is just a few minutes walk to Mar Chiquita, a charming beach favored by locals. It is safe, perfect for families with children, and has awesome kioskos with food and drinks. If you are looking for a place away from the chaos of San Juan, Manati is a non-touristy, quiet town. The condo is right down the road from a supermarcado and some delicious restaurants. The condo itself is clean, modern, and air conditioned. It is also well stocked with supplies. The beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable. I slept well every night. The pool was cool and refreshing. The beach, sadly, was not as we had hoped - we never got more than our feet wet as it was very rocky and did not appear to be safe. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioners worked well. The gated community was safe. Overall, this was a great place for rest and relaxation. ##### Susan M. It was the birthday of two from our group and Margie received us with a happy birthday sign, cake and champagne! She also stayed to receive us late since our flights were delayed. The view of the ocean is perfect. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It has its own little patio across from the unit that leads to the beach. Adalberto, the manager, is very friendly too. We booked a 7 night stay at the Seaside Apartments in Manati, PR. Upon arrival, a representative was on site who provided us with the necessary keys during our stay. The condo was located in a gated community, which required an electronic gate key opener. The parking lot was safe, well lit, and had a security guard on patrol during the overnight hours. The interior of the property was magnificent. It was clean, had proper temperature controls, and it had modern fixtures/appliances. The host was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The nights were very quiet and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property.
