This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is situated just 2 miles from Bayfield and offers convenient access to the Brownstone walking/biking trail, located alongside Lake Superior. This comfortable space sleeps 2-4, featuring a king bed, private bathroom, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. You are just a one-minute walk to two full-service marinas, the Portside Bar and Restaurant, a shared outdoor fire pit, and more walking trails nearby. This condo is a main-level unit, walk-in with two small stairs.

Sleeps 4. Extra guest fee ($25/night per person) after 2 people.

Nice property, clean, well appointed, 3 minute drive to downtown

Everything was well organized, clean, and easy. One tiny hiccup: the foam mattress topper was so deep and soft I couldn't sleep on it (heat and feeling like you "sink in" too much). But that's really a personal preference. The big soft bath robes were a nice touch! We would stay again.

Convenient, clean, & comfortable.

The property was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It was conveniently located to the Apostle Islands and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again. One small caveat, the Wi-Fi at night is not great if that is important to you and it is near the highway although it is tucked away and you don’t see or notice it. I only noticed highway noise in the morning but it didn’t bother me while I was enjoying my coffee on the balcony.

Really great location, very nice facilities and perfect for our needs. Only suggestions are to improve internet access and simplify the on line check in process which is a little combersome. The manager (Pete) was helpful way above and beyond with the few issues we had with the checking in process. Will definitely use again in the future.

Very clean, thank you. Terrible air conditioner...so loud! Couldn't keep on at night or when anyone was in the room in order to talk! And was on LOW. Hated the constant crip of the door lock. Not worth the price $$$ but appreciate the cleanliness.

Great place for a couples getaway

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Brookside Hideaway was a great place for us as it was the right size and distance from all the places we wanted to visit. Bed was comfortable and the whole space was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great. Will consider again for our next visit to Bayfield!

Looking for Aurora

We spent a delightful 14 days at brookside and even though we're never saw the Aurora we saw so many other delightful things. Even in the winter we rode the ferry, walked the trail to the old iron Bridge, hiked the Siskiwit River preserve, attended open mic at Chautauqua Backstage and played cards at Howl Bikes and Brew. It was a wonderful vacation even though we left two days early to escape a blizzard!
