One of the least expensive property of its kind in BSL! Cottage-cuteness with so much Bay St. Louis charm; Located near the school. Enjoy the Coastal weather on the large, covered front porch and fenced yards for your privacy. The home includes a large living room, large dining room, 2 small bedrooms, 1 fully updated bath with Whirlpool tub, a kitchen for a cook with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher including cooking utensils. Feel safe in a private setting. We follow the strict CDC cleaning guidelines. Have the peace of mind that there are no shared shared spaces with stranger at lobbies and private entrances. No common AC systems!We love our little home! It’s works as a get away from our busy lives, we hope it will be the same for you! Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience! We have hosted many honeymoons and anniversaries! Our “Little Blue Cottage” is part of a quiet little dirt and dead-end street in the residential Bay Saint Louis a few blocks of the school, restaurants, stores, close to downtown with their boutiques and 1 mile to the beaches and downtown BSL and enjoy Mexico Gulf. Very close to the Hollywood casino. We won't be available in person. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. Do NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out in the large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entrée. If you get a multi legged visitor, use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive. \--Cancel For Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) insurance is highly recommended for all longer summer vacations or travel during storm seasons in our area. The cottage was just as pictured and described in the narrative. I suggested that the owner added more pictures to show the kitchen provides pots, dishes, serving bowls and more. We prepared a number of meals during our two week stay. The owner sent a note to confirm that all our needs were being met. Any questions were answered in a very short time.
