The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate.

This is a very nice hotel. It is small and very well-appointed. The staff are professional and efficient; the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The room service is delicious and fresh. They always do an excellent job with guest service. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Houston.

"I got there, man asked for an extra twenty dollars, I informed him I paid online. He turns to his computer and back to me saying he rented my room to another couple. I could stay but if they showed up I would have to leave the property. Now I’m waiting on my money. I basically paid to be ripped off. ..."
