The villa has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has 2 separate,single beds. Each one has a balcony with stunning lake/mountain views.
Downstairs,there is a comfortable lounge with log burner and a very well-equipped kitchen/diner. The adjoining terrace has superb panoramic views and provides a wonderful place for '.al fresco' dining. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet and a barbecue are provided.

Within half an hour of the villa you can visit waterfalls (at Fotinovo), ancient fortresses (at Tsepina and Peshtera), the Jurassic Museum (at Dorkovo), caves with fascinating rock formations (Snezhanka and Lepenitsa), childrens' via ferrata at Rakitovo, the amazing Septemvri-Dobrinishte narrow gauge railway and hot mineral water swimming pools in several locations including Velingrad ( 'the spa capital of the Balkans').
