Step outside onto your spacious private patio, where outdoor seating and sun loungers invite you to slow down and enjoy the cooling Atlantic trade winds. Start the day with coffee overlooking Nevis, relax outside in the afternoon, or enjoy a drink as the sun sets across the water.

THE LOCATION

Turtle Beach is an exclusive residential enclave on the Southeast Peninsula of St. Kitts, known for its large private villas, spacious properties and spectacular views toward Nevis. Its elevated Atlantic-side setting offers refreshing trade winds and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.

Despite the secluded setting, you're only a short drive from some of the best of the Southeast Peninsula. Beautiful Cockleshell Beach, with calm Caribbean water, beach bars and restaurants, is approximately five minutes away. Christophe Harbour Marina, Park Hyatt, additional beaches and the ferry to Nevis are also within easy reach.

Turtle Beach itself is a quiet, undeveloped Atlantic-side beach located down the hill from the property.

GETTING AROUND

A rental car is strongly recommended so you can explore St. Kitts at your own pace. The final approach to Turtle Beach is along a gravel road that is suitable for regular cars when driven with care. The cottage is reached by a steep private driveway, with parking available at the property.

Taxis and transportation can also be arranged during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

The cottage sits on a larger private property that also includes the main house and another cottage. Each residence is independently positioned, allowing guests to enjoy their own private space.

The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation and local wildlife. You may even spot St. Kitts' famous green vervet monkeys passing through the area.

A backup water supply is available at the property for added convenience.
