With the most beautiful ocean and Nevis view , located in a 1.5 aces land , the first house build in turtle beach , the prime location for successful local people now. The landscape is very beautiful and matured. Just remodeled . The two cottages could be rent together . You can find the lists under my listing properties. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the Park Hyatt. Please note that! At present, there is a serious shortage of fresh water on the island, and the water supply in this area is often stopped irregularly. When there is water cut-off , the water storage and supply system will work. So please save wter. Mar 11, 2024 Liked: Communication, location #### Great views but needs some work Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard the road floods and you have to wait several hours for the water on the road to subside. ##### Eric M.
