"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. "Ok, da billederne passede overens med Hotels. Hyggelig lejlighed. Irriterende der ingen emhætte var og at skraldespandene til hele pensionatet var lige ved vores vinduer. Gardinerne virkede for små til vinduerne så det kom for meget lys ind. "

"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane.
