Overall good!

Typical ibis budget quality but totally ok with it as long as you know there is no hair dryer and the desk is relatively small. Overall 4/5 and nice hotel, plus points for the underground garage which is very good.

Room was just big enough to hold 2 of us with our luggage. However, the clothes hook was inaccessible as the bed could not be moved to allow access to it. All the luggage had to be opened on the floor. One of the beds could only be utilized by climbing over the other one.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. I arrived from London at around 12:30 pm after a long and exhausting journey. Although check-in was at 3:00 pm, I was asked to pay an additional CHF 40 simply to access my room earlier instead of waiting in my car. After such a long journey, I found this charge very disappointing and unreasonable. The parking situation was another major issue. I was charged CHF 40 for parking, yet there was no clear information about this charge on the hotel’s website when I made my booking. Even worse, on the second day there was no parking space available for my car, leaving me with no choice but to park outside the hotel despite having paid for parking. The housekeeping was also far below expectations. The bed sheets were not changed daily, and the level of cleanliness was disappointing. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room. There were also no tissues provided in the bathroom. What made the stay even more disappointing was the lack of a proper indoor area for guests to sit and relax in the evening. The only place available was outside the hotel, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I feel that I paid additional charges for services that were either poorly provided or not consistently available. The combination of unexpected costs, inadequate parking, poor housekeeping and limited guest facilities made this a very frustrating stay. Based on my experie

Das Hotel ist ein geruntergekommenes Gebäude inmitten einer Industrieanlage. Sehr laute Sraßengeräusche. Die 2 Bett-Zimmer sind ca 3x3 m groß, mit Waschgelegenheit im Zimmer!. Keine separates Bad, das WC und die Duschkabine sind jeweils nur durch eine Schwingtür, nicht verschließschbar vom Zimmer getrennt. Die Größe vom WC und von der Duschkabine sind 1x1 m, sodaß eine "korpulente" Person keine Chanc zum Toilettengang oder zur Butzung der Duschkabine hat. Das ges. Hotel macht einen abstoßenden Eindruck. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unverhältnismäßig. Nach Inaugenscheinnahme des Zimmers bin ich sofort abgereist und habe ein preisgünstigeres Zimmer in Basel gebucht. Anfaht mit einem Taxi von der Innenstadt 50,00 CHF! ÖPNV 500 m vom Hotel entfernt. Abholung zur Innenstadt mit einem Taxi unmöglich. da kein Taxiunternehmer diese Tour annimmt. Privatunternehmen Uber hat die Fahrt möglich gemacht. Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert und wird auf der Webseite nicht korrekt deklariert.
