The studio apartment is a cozy solution located a few steps from the center of Barzio, ideal for couples who want to stay in a quiet environment but at the same time close to services and town life. It is the perfect base for exploring Valsassina in every season, between nature, relaxation and outdoor activities.
The apartment is developed in a single functional and well-organized environment, with a bright living area equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, TV, wardrobe and fully equipped open kitchen, designed to ensure a practical and comfortable stay. A small corridor also used as a laundry area leads to the bathroom, complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
One of the strengths of the house is the private outdoor area, accessible directly from the living area: a private, paved outdoor area, perfect for starting the day with an outdoor coffee or for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, but the main entrance to the condominium is on the upper level, so to access the apartment you must go down a flight of stairs. A private covered parking space is also available. It should be taken into account that access to the garage is via a rather steep ramp.
Barzio is a characteristic mountain village located in Valsassina, much appreciated for its strategic position at the foot of the Piani di Bobbio and for its authentic atmosphere. In a few minutes you can reach trails, ski facilities, panoramic routes and all the essential services, making it an ideal destination for both summer and winter stays.
