The Royal Lion Hotel
Room was smallish with a small step between bed and bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable, rocked every time one of us moved. Breakfast was adequate, has brown tasteless. Bar closed before we returned to the hotel just before 22.30

The Duchess of Cornwall Inn
Lovely hotel though frustratingly nowhere to put your wash bag in the bathrooms or to sit in front a mirror to do your hair (so many hotels guilty of this). Staff are really great. We had a problem that was immediately resolved.

Set in the heart of Lyme Regis in the conservation area of the old town
Host was helpful and obliging. House was cosy and well equipped with comfortable beds etc Trcentjy refurbished.
