Property Summary  
This is a beautiful manor house named "Pena" that was built in 1890 and renovated in 2017. It offers amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, and Internet Wifi. The property spans 650 square meters and is fenced, with a well-maintained lawn. The pool is 10 meters by 5 meters and has a depth of 170 cm, with a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The house also features a billiard table, making it a great vacation rental for families or groups.

The outdoor area of the property is truly remarkable. You can enjoy a private and fenced yard spanning 650 square meters, complete with a lush lawn. The highlight is the stunning swimming pool, measuring 10 meters by 5 meters with a depth of 170 cm. The pool is equipped with a salt-electrolysis cleaning system, ensuring crystal-clear waters throughout your stay. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, a beach volleyball court, and the pool maintenance is taken care of by the owner/gardener. Unit Layout  
You will experience a 7-room house with 230 square meters of space spread across 3 levels. On the main floor, there is a billiard room with satellite TV and a hi-fi system. Additionally, you'll find a room with a French bed and another room with two beds. There are also two showers and toilets on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living and dining area with a dining table, a room with a French bed, and another room with two 100cm beds. This floor also has a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a separate dining table and a shower/toilet. The second upper floor offers a room with a dressing room and a French bed, as well as another shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll have access to electric heating and air conditioning (please note that heating may not be available in all rooms). The house features wooden floors throughout and has a terrace area with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, six deck chairs, and a box-room. Additional facilities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a fire extinguisher is available for your safety.
