I paid for the taxi from the airport 25 euro and i realized i could easily take the bus. The bus station is 7 min walk. At about 5:40 am on 20-Sep-25, I heard a lound bang outside my bedroom window. Upon approaching the window I saw 2 guys running away. As I stepped away from window I saw the building exterior glass cracking . Apparently , someone threw an object at my room window which was on 1st floor. We called the staff and explained the situation but no one came . Called again and staff came over to inspect from outside. We were escorted away to the neighbouring regency tower hotel and our bags were kept in a secure location. Later that day we were moved to the regency tower hotel . Staff was helpful through this traumatizing situation but please be warned. Staff told us this is not a usual occurrence but it happened to us .
