It is a cosy, bright and comfortable flat. Renovated floor with style, preserving original elements from Barcelona's modernist era. Spectacular shared terrace with small pool and chill-out area with magnificent views of Barcelona. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds that are separated from the bed with a screen, a living room with a sofa bed (capacity up to 6 people), open-plan kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (cold/heat) and free high-speed WiFi. In addition, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are included. The apartment has a balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, original details from the initial construction of the late 19th century have been maintained. It’s close to both, Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. My favorite thing was that 1/2 block away there’s one of the last original churro places in Barcelona, so every morning we had chocolate with the best churros ever, with no effort. There’s also two grocery stores, restaurants, etc, in the next block. Check in was easy, they even booked cars to/from airport. The pool upstairs is tiny, and the terrace was a little too crowded for our taste, but that’s us. It’s only 900mts to both the Plaza and Gràcia, safe neighborhood. ##### Ernesto A. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen! TV im Schlafzimmer wäre gut, Toilettensitz war nicht richtig gereinigt, ansonsten war das Appartement aber sauber.
