최악 중에 최악

처음에 밤에 들었갔을 때 숙소 예약이 어떻게 된건지 어리버리 하더군요.. 페이 지불 했냐고 묻길래 카드로 이미 다 했다고 하니 자기들끼리 이야기 하면서 한 여자분이 안으로 들어가고 한여자분은 멍~때리고 그리고 나오더니 방을 주는데 룸넘버를 카드와 종이에 다르게 써놓고 우리가 뭐냐고 하니까 본인들끼리 비웃는것처럼 웃고만 있더군요 매우 기분이 안 좋았지만 어쨋든 자야했기에 결국 어찌어찌 방을 찾아 들어갔는데 냉장고를 열었는데 안에 과일 썩어가는게 있더군요 그래서 다음날 치워달라고 메모 남기고 갔는데 밤에 돌아오니 그대로 있어서 더 기분이 안 좋아지더군요 그리고 화장실 머리카락도 치우지 않고 그냥 있고.. 침대 시트에 실수로 흘렸는데 그것도 치우지 않더군요..싼 가격에 많은 걸 바라면 안되지만 최소한 직원 숫자쓰는 교육은 배우신 분으로 뽑아서 쓰시길.. 그리고 청소도 꼼꼼한건 바라지 않는데 최소 냉장고에 썩은 과일은 없게 해주시길.. 방콕 3번 갔지만 역대 최악 심지어 게스트하우스 보다 못한 퀄의 호텔이였네요

The service is good, at least one of the receptonist who is always welcoming us with a big smile. The restaurant is ok, not the best food. Love the rooms with balcony, the fitness and the pool on the roof. Been living there many times and will absolutley go back!

Difficult to use iron and no ironing board

Difficult to request for iron. Have to take from the reception counter at the lobby and have to return in 1 hour time. No ironing board. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Our room was only clean at night time when we are in the room. No bedroom slippers provided although the floor is hard tiles without carpet. The 'Bell Lady' is very good though. Very polite and helpful.

Hotel pas très loin de l'aéroport Très loin du centre et avec les embouteillages c'est une catastrophe près de 1h de route à chaque fois pour aller en centre ville Aucun chauffeur de taxi ne connaissais cet hôtel et ne parlons pas de tuk tuk qui sont inexistant dans le coin Pas d'activités particulieres dans le coin Petit déjeuner correct

The Patra Check in and Pool experience??

I came to Bangkok early at 1:30 am and checked in around 2:30 and was asked to pay for an extra night as I unpacked in my room? I refused to pay,packed left the room and spent the night in the hotel lobby where I fell asleep. I told them this was bad service and that I stsyex there 3 times before?? The surprises went on..the pool was suddenly being renovated and I could not use it until the last day of my stay..I booked for 8 days and having no access to it..made my stay boring..and forced my to make a 4 day booking to Pattaya beach. I was lucky to use the hotel gym but many times it was hard to access..security and other reasons? To conclude..zi stayed in the Patra 3 times before and got very good 3.5 service..this time it was 2 star hotel service..Will anyone compensate me for the lower or bad service?

KATASTROPHE einfach eklig und dreckig

Für 1. Woche gebucht, nach einer Nacht abgereist!!!! - unfreundliches Personal - defekter Pool über mehrere Monate, keinerlei Infos darüber einfach schade, weil wir uns darauf gefreut hatten uns Erfrischen zu können. - defekte Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sie war zwar an allerdings keine Veränderung der Temperatur. - Mobilar sehr alt und zum teil kaputt! - Föhn im Badezimmer wurde mit Tesa zusammen geklebt und viel gleich von der Wandhalterung - das Badezimmer war ohne SAKROTAN oder Desinfektionstücher nicht benutzbar! - überall geplatzte Wände und Geckos im Zimmer trotz geschlossenem Fenster. - einfach eklig und unsauber, in manch einem Hostel ist man besser aufgehoben wie hier! Sauberkeit steht hier nicht an erster Stelle und auch nicht die Thailandische Freundlichkeit, bei weitem kein lächelndes Gastfreundliches Gesicht im Hotel gesehen. - 40 Minuten mit dem Taxi/tuk tuk in die City je nach Verkehr - die Mängel liste kann noch länger werden... -.- Finger weg von diesem Hotel! !!!! Anbei ein paar Fotos für den Eindruck, mehr Fotos waren bei der Bewertung leider nicht möglich.

중국인 단체 관광객용 호텔.. 와이파이 유료에다 객실엔 그 흔한 커피하나 없음. 온수는 잘나와 그나마 ..... 그외 다름건 그닥 추천하고 싶디는 않지만... 저렴한 가격에 머물고 싶다면 한번 쯤은

For the price, it was a very good hotel

As expected, the hotel is dated, minor problems but fixed right away. Internet was not free and down for almost a day even I paid for a 30 days service. Room cleaning staffs were superb, overall, all staffs were helpful. Will I go back?.......... ahhh, yes.

Dåligt läge, dåligt med lokal trafik att ta sig runt va i stort sett tvungna att ta taxi överallt. Dock var det väldigt mycket trafik under i stort sett hela dagen så blev rätt dyrt. Annars bra hotell, bra pool och dugligt gym. Gratis wifi i lobby, kan betala extra för att få på rummet men då är det bara en inloggning så om ni är två kan bara ena va inloggad ändå så onödigt att betala extra enligt vår åsikt...
