Toilets and showers are good, with good water pressure. For the price, this is an excellent value very close to night life. Literally 200 meters from Soi Cowboy and 300 meters from Asoke train station / underground. Lots of nice restaurants further down the street and on the next soi 23\. Three 7/11's within a 2 min walk. A bank with mutiple ATM's a few mins away on soi 23\. No frills like pool and gym, but cannot be expected at this price point. All rooms are non-smoking. Guest friendly ;) Only drawback is poor wifi. Modems are on floors 1,3,5 and located near the elevator. On the 5th fl, if you are in room 501, 502, or 505, you should get decent data speeds while rooms 503 and 504 will only allow basic messaging and maybe surfing. This applies to all floors since layout is the same.
