Have been staying at this location for years! It is only rated as a 3star hotel. But there are others in the same street with the same rating. Stayed with them also. But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star. Of course others might disagree. But rooms are spacious Bathroom is with a tub. Breakfast is plentiful and self service Staff is professional and proficient in English. Seems to be in Mandarin also. Looking forward to my next visit. Nice pleasant seven days stay. The service staffs are very polite and always at your service. This hotel is situated around food restaurants and BTS Victory Monument.
