La camera è spaziosa, anche se diversa da quella che avevo riservato (no divano). La prima notte è stata terribile perché il materasso era durissimo, era come dormire sul pavimento. La mattina abbiamo comunicato il problema alla receptionist e lei con molta gentilezza e disponibilità ha provato a risolvere il problema facendo mettere uno spessore sul materasso per ammorbidirlo (5 stelle per la gentilezza dello staff). Il bagno non è grande ma ben strutturato che lo rende molto funzionale. Nulla da dire a riguardo. Anche la pulizia era buona. Un po meno l’aria condizionata che non si riesce bene a regolare. Sia che è impostato a 18 sia a 25 non cambia la temperatura, ed è diretta sul letto mentre dormi. Altra cosa, quando esci dall’ascensore all’ottavo piano, ti trovi davanti valigie, scatole, scarpe. Tutto nel corridoio. Very poor service & very bad location deep in small road. The hotel advertised free transport to MRT, turn out only one way on the way out, we struggled with finding a taxi to come back from the main road & waited 1hr for their tuktuk one rainny night because it was sent to a shop & cannot be reached by phone. Reception was unhelpful when asked to call for taxi or any kind of public transport to go out. We had complained about defective water heater in the shower, they sent someone to check & found out it was broken so I asked to be moved to another room and the reception wanted to charge me the cost of water heater while we only checked in a few hrs ago & hadn't used it. The bed was super hard. I felt like I slept on concrete floor. To top it all.off, at checked out I remembered I left a bag of goodies on the first room as we've been moved, so I asked for lost n.found just to.find out the house keeper ate my goodies & it never been reported as lost & found. They claimed no.one asked for it after 2 days so they ate it. Sooo unprofessional.
