Great place to stay. It’s close to bts station and 7 eleven, very friendly counter person. I’ll stay again when visiting Bangkok, Thailand.

#### Was a Mansion, now just a 2 star hotel.

This must have been a fantastic hotel when it first opened. But as with mots hotels, if the upkeep and maintenance is not done, things just fall aprt. The hotel was beautifully built in it's day, but very little in upgrades or renovations have taken place. Reception is very dull lit, i found out why, the light fittings in the ceilings have no globes or have just burnt out and not been replaced. The reception is bloody hot, it has central aitcon, but they do not use it, or it has broken down. It looks like that just scrimp on money, which is a shame. The rooms are nothing as pictired on the website, the beds are rock hard and the bathrooms have broken bits and pieces. One good thing the air con in our room was perfect. We booked a taxi with reception and they failed to do it for us, after they promised they would. Total inconveinience as we had to get to the airport. Overall, i would give this hotel a 4 out of 10\. They need to spend some of the money they get on fixing the place up and bringing it back to its former glory.
