Location is close enough to the bars, markets and cafes of Patpong for easy access, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Some street noise during the night as it’s on a main road, but didn’t keep me awake. 10 minute walk to Lumpini Park which is a great space to chill by the lakes (and watch the monitor lizards!) or go for run or workout on the exercise equipment that is all around. I stayed in 4-bed dorm which is a tiny bit cramped when it’s full, but bed is comfortable and lockable box and power/light for each bed is handy. Cafe on ground floor serves basic food/pastries and decent coffee, and you can buy cold drinks from reception at reasonable prices (45 baht for a small beer). There is also a piano and guitar for guests to use which is a nice touch. Staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Finally this is a quiet, chilled hostel, not a party place, which was perfect for me.
